Suspect: Shannon Mifflin
Description: 54 years-old, 5’06”, 155 pounds, blond hair, blue eyes.
Frequents lower eastside of Santa Cruz
Crime: Felony warrants for burglary, possession of stolen property and possession of methamphetamine and heroin.
Note: Mr.Mifflin has an extensive criminal history with the Santa Cruz Police Department and has failed to appear in court in relation to the above charges.
