Over the next few weeks the Santa Cruz Police Department will be analyzing calls-for-service in 2011. Last week, we took a look at party/noise calls and bike thefts. Chief Vogel has made providing open crime data to the community a priority. Today, we pulled numbers on the number of injury accidents in Santa Cruz. These include all documented injuries (minor to major) suffered in accidents in 2011. For comparison, we also pulled numbers on 2009 and 2010.
