He has been seen prowling and possibly burglarizing items from backyards on the west side (Storey and Escalona area). He is described as a white male approximately 6 feet with a thin build. This person has a tattoo on the left side of his neck that possibly has the name "Caroline". If you see this person in your neighborhood, please call 9-1-1.
