Help Identify Meat and DVD Thief From Grocery Store

On November 26, 2012 at approximately 10:00 AM, the pictured person was reported to have stolen a large tray of meat (presumably steaks) and 2-3 DVD's from Safeway on Mission Street.  He selected the items and walked out of the store right past the cash registers, but failing to stop and pay for his carefully selected items.  

He is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 32 years, 5'5" tall.  Our suspect fled the store in a silver car with license plate similar to FUZB833.  This is not a valid plate, but the suspect's car may contain letters and numbers similar to this.
