Mr. Nelson is a Santa
Cruz resident and is currently wanted on an outstanding no bail warrant
charging felony possession of controlled substance for sales. Mr. Nelson failed to meet his court obligations after being
arrested back in July for various drug related charges; therefore a warrant was
