Undercover Drug Ops Arrest 7- SCPD NET & SC Co. Anti-Crime Team Up!

Seven Narcotic Arrests in Unified Sting Operation

Friday June 19th, between 3:30pm and 7pm, the combined efforts the Santa Cruz Police Neighborhood Enforcement Team and Santa Cruz County Anti-Crime Team executed multiple drug related sting operations. This joint operation resulted in the arrest of seven suspects for selling drugs to undercover officers and the seizure of methamphetamine and heroin.

In response to complaints of suspicious activity and possible drug sales, this joint taskforce focused on their efforts along the San Lorenzo River Levee.

The suspects were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
The suspects arrested are identified as:

David Morse – 56 years old, Transient
Arrested for (1) Possession of Controlled Substance for Sale-11378H&S, (2) Possession of Methamphetamine 11377H&S, (3) Possession of Heroin 11350 H&S -Case 15S-05239

Jennelle Arnold – 44 years old, Transient
Arrested for (1) Possession of Controlled Substance for Sale-11378H&S, (2) Conspiracy to Commit Crime 182PC - Case 15S-05240

Mack Palmer – 41 years old, Transient
Arrested for (1) Possession of Controlled Substance for Sale-11378H&S, (2) Conspiracy to Commit Crime 182PC -Case 15S-05240

Seth Fusari – 35 years old, Santa Cruz Resident
Arrested for (1) Possession of Controlled Substance for Sale-11378H&S, (2) Possession of Methamphetamine 11377H&S, (3) Possession of Heroin 11350 H&S, (4) Conspiracy to Commit Crime 182PC - Case 15-05247

Jean Perez – 34 years old, Transient
Arrested for (1) Possession of Controlled Substance for Sale-11378H&S, (2) Conspiracy to Commit Crime 182PC - Case 15-05247

Kenneth Munn – 33 years old, Transient
Arrested for (1) Possession of Controlled Substance for Sale-11378H&S

Michael Farley – 40 years old, Transient
Arrested for (1) Possession of Controlled Substance for Sale-11378H&S, (2) Conspiracy to Commit Crime 182PC - Case 15-05247
