Lucky Kid gets his bike back on same day it was stolen.
This morning a sharp-eyed citizen called SCPD
about a bike that appeared abandoned and out of place in the neighborhood. SCPD
recovered the bike that was stolen earlier this morning. CSO Sanchez tracked
down the license number that was recently documented in SCPD's Online Bike
Registration program. CSO Sanchez contacted the family and returned the bike to
