July 4th Citywide Safety Enhancement Zone 

All Fireworks Prohibited 

Violations Subject To Triple Fine Penalties 

12:00 a.m. July 4th through 3:00 a.m. July 5th

City Council approved a citywide safety enhancement zone from midnight July 4th through Wednesday, July 5th until 3:00 am. TThe safety enhancement designation, which includes tripling the fees for violations of the City’s municipal code such as the illegal discharge of fireworks, littering and public consumption of alcohol.
