Are you between the ages of 14-18 and interested in learning what it takes to be an officer with the Santa Cruz Police Department? Join the Teen Police Academy! Recruits will engage in a daily physical fitness program, learn basic self-defense tactics, and be introduced to arrest and control techniques. They will also learn Basic Investigative Techniques, including Crime Scene Investigation and Evidence Processing.
