38 years-old, 5’10”, 140 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes
Santa Cruz Resident
Crime: Warrant for Arson and felony officer obstruction. Mr.Wilcox is wanted for purposely starting a fire resulting in property damage and obstructing a police officer from performing his duties.
