Description: Age: 30 years old, 6’01”, 200 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, “Erin” tattooed on left side of neck. Mr. Willis is known to frequent the lower eastside area of Santa Cruz
Crime: Parole Violation Warrant
Note: Willis has violated his Parole terms. He has prior arrests for vehicle thefts, narcotic violations and resisting arrest.
