Can You Help us ID These People? UPDATE

UPDATE: Thanks to your tips the woman in the green jacket has turned herself in to detectives. Investigators are working today to obtain more information about the cases. 

The woman in the green jacket used a stolen credit card from a residential burglary in Santa Cruz. The woman in the black jacket accompanied her at the store. We are asking for your help in identifying either of these people.
