Suspect: Nicholas Marquez
Description: 31 years-old, 5’ 10” 180 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes.
Santa Cruz City resident.
Note: Nicholas Marquez is currently wanted on two outstanding warrants - DUI and possession of methamphetamine. A felony warrant was issued as a result of Marquez failing to appear in court in September, 2011.
