Description: 22 years-old, 6’02”, 170 pounds, BRO hair, BLU eyes. He is a Santa
Cruz resident.
Mr. Locklin is currently wanted on an outstanding no bail warrant
charging felony vehicle theft. Mr. Locklin failed to meet his court obligations after
being arrested back in August 2010; and again in February 2012; therefore
