On Thursday April 9, 2015 at 12:00
p.m. the Santa Cruz Police Department arrested a suspect for inappropriate lewd
acts with a minor. The victim was more than 10 years younger than the suspect.
The suspect was known to the victim. The victim was a 15 year old female.
After an exhaustive investigation by
the Santa Cruz Police Department Detectives, the suspect was arrested and
booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail on a $100,000 warrant for his arrest on
4 counts of lewd acts with a minor. The investigation included a collaborative
effort including law enforcement agencies in Arizona and Virginia.
