Professional Services Manager Recruitment

Many of you have asked what the Police Department is going to do with the position vacated by new County Supervisor Zach Friend.  While Zach is not exactly a replaceable commodity, we have redesigned his Principal Management Analyst position into a Professional Services Manager.  This is an exciting opportunity and new position designed to work directly with the Deputy Chief of Administration in meeting the department's objectives and strategic planning for our future.  Additionally, the successful candidate will work with city officials to craft solutions and make recommendations on a number of fronts.  Here is a link to the recruitment announcement:
