On August 29th at approx. 2:05 PM, this suspect
took a windbreaker valued at $60.00 from the Port of Call store on the
Municipal Wharf. The jacket has a "Santa Cruz" logo on the back.
The suspect used a pair of wire cutters to remove a theft deterrent device from the jacket. He rolled the jacket up and concealed it down the front of his pants before walking out of the store. The entire act was caught on in-store surveillance video.
