The Santa Cruz Police is asking the public’s help to identify this suspect who has been observed peering into the window of a residence on Peach Terrace.
The incident occurred on 9/28/15; the reporting victim said she was dressing in her room, when she noticed a man with his face pressed up against her bedroom window. The suspect had been watching her change out of her clothes.
The suspect is described as a mixed race male, age 20 - 28, 5’11 to 6 feet tall with a lean build. The suspect has medium dark complexion with very short black hair.
The Santa Cruz Police Department has increased patrols in the area. We are asking residents to report suspicious activity. The suspect has not been located. This sketch was completed with the victim on 10/14/15. This investigation is continuing.
Anyone with information relative to the suspect’s identity is asked to call Santa Cruz Police Investigations (831) 420-5820. We are also looking for anyone who has been the victim of similar activity but has not yet reported the activity to police.
We request that all residents exercise caution with locking doors and windows at night, leave an outside night light illuminated, and immediately notify the Police Department if anything or anyone suspicious is noticed.
