Suspect:  Ivan Tapia Ramirez
25 years old, 5-08, 186, black hair and brown eyes

Capitola (current whereabouts unknown)

Wanted for:  187(a) PC - Murder

Note:  Ramirez is wanted for the gang related murder of Tyler Tenorio in Oct. 2009.  The murder occurred near the intersection of of Laurel Street and Chestnut Street.  Ramirez was last seen in October 2009 and is believed to be in this country.  Ramirez is considered armed and dangerous.
